​​WHY ARE WE FUNDRAISING? 
To prevent your local taxes from going up, the enhancement and renovation of the Recreation Center will be solely funded by donations from our local community and state grants.  

WILL OUR TAXES GO UP? 
No. Your taxes will not go up. All enhancements will be funded by independent donations and grants. All maintenance will be covered by existing arrangements with town Maintenance.  

HOW ARE WE ENSURING THAT PROGRAMMING IS ALSO AVAILABLE FOR UPDATED FACILITIES?
We are working closely with our Recreation Director to ensure that all updated facilities receive appropriate programming so we can utilize our enhanced facilities to their utmost potential. 

WHERE CAN I MAKE A DONATION?
​Checks can be made payable to:  “Good Causes, Inc” with "Stanford Recreation Campaign” written in the memo line. 
The check may also be made payable to "Good Causes / Stanford Recreation Campaign”.

About the Stanfordville Recreation Campaign

​To drive Stanfordville’s mission of providing a safe and inviting space to our community, we have launched The Stanfordville Recreation Campaign. This campaign will raise money to support the enhancement and renovation of the Stanfordville Recreation Center, and we completed our first phase in 2022. Our second phase was kicked off in February of 2023 with the aim to complete our Playground Renovation by Spring of 2024.
